A user in the Touchtech Platform is an individual that has registered an account/profile in the Platform. You can register an account here or upon receiving an invitation to an organization’s Brand Workspace. This platform is not for consumers, thus we expect you to register an account representing your company.

Once you are logged in, you can create an account (which we call a Brand Workspace) for the company you represent. You will then become the owner of the Brand Workspace where you can invite and manage your colleagues, customers and guests. The Brand Workspace is also where you upload the content which your team can use through various sales and presentation tools to do business with your customers.

Users can have different roles in a Brand Workspace. They can be Members (Owner, Admin, Marketing or Sales) of the Brand Workspace or they can be Customers and Guests. Members have access to tools to administrate, manage and create resources while Customers and Guests can consume. Touchtech charges only Members - usually employees with access to the Brand Workspace.

To use the sales and presentation tools for the retail stores (or location like pop-ups) we charge a fixed monthly fee for each store. The salespeople and customers in the store then has unlimited access to the tools on as many devices (usually large touch screens) as they want.

Currently we offer payment with invoice (bank wire transfer) with 30 day net payment terms for the past month. We are working on making it possible to pay with credit card.
