BACKGROUND AND CHALLENGE

Swedish shirt manufacturer Eton was founded in 1928 and now has ten stores and more than 700 stockists around the world. 

Thanks to Touchtech we can show our entire range of over 500 styles, rather than the 75 we usually have in store. We look forward to expanding our collaboration to more stockists, airports and offices for complete integration between our eCommerce and the physical stores.

SOLUTION

Working closely alongside Eton, in 2015 we developed a solution for their store on Sturegatan in Stockholm. Two months after the launch, our solution accounted for 10% of the store’s total sales, while taking up only half a square metre of floor space.

Today Eton uses our retail solution in its Brand Stores, shop-in-shops, franchise stores and wholesale stores, and at selected stockists in Sweden, Denmark, the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Monaco, the USA and Canada.

The retail solution has been adapted depending on the type of store and geographic location. At Eton stockists, for example, the home page needs to be clearly Eton branded. The range and checkout have also been tailored to the business system and delivery options. In Eton’s own stores, the consumer can confirm the purchase directly on their smartphone. At stockists, the solution is integrated to fit in with their order flow.
