BACKGROUND AND CHALLENGE

Swedish fashion chain Twilfit was founded in 1922 and now sells women’s underwear in 56 stores across Sweden, and via online shopping.

I can see several great opportunities of using Touchtech’s retail solution. As well as strengthening our sales, we enhance the retail experience by offering customers the ability to shop online for all our brands and collections, also in store. An important aspect of our omnichannel initiative is always to offer the best service for the shopping experience and to meet the customer’s expectations, whether they’re shopping in our stores or online.
